Are deliveries world wide?

Our international transport company makes deliveries with great efficiency and excellent delivery times in nearly all countries.  In the case of areas we do not serve or when service restrictions create special circumstances, we reserve the right to decline your order by informing you via email and we will refund your payment.

Are prices vat included?

The prices on our web page are shown in Euro with 21% VAT included. For orders outside the European Union, the VAT will be automatically deducted from the final price before payment. Companies and professionals with an EU VAT number can request a tax refund, which will be specified in the invoice.

How can I pay?

We only accept online payments via wire transfer and/or PAYPAL, as these are the safest payment methods.

How much is shipping and handling?

All our shipments are free worldwide excluding any added import or customs fees that may occur based on the shipping laws of your region.  All importation and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

To allow you to know the status of your order at all times, once a shipment has been processed, an email with a tracking number and link to the shipment page of the transport company will be sent to the address you provided at the time of registration.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

Shipments outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and importation fees when the package arrives at the destination country. These expenses must be paid by the client. For more information, please contact your customs office.

What is the return policy?

We strive in making top quality items. We are confident your purchases acquired through the online Maria&Donato Boutique will meet your expectations. If for any reason the item does not satisfy you entirely, you have a 7-day period, from the day you receive the item, to return it and request a refund of your money. For more information, please read our terms of purchase.

Why could be delivery time longer?

ur production is artisanal and requires time and care. We produce a limited number of items and when a model is in high demand it might be out of stock at the time you choose it. In this case, your order will be added to our production list and there may be a delay in shipment, therefore we kindly ask for your patience.
